The team at Footprints are amazing. Sending your child to nursery for the first time is daunting and the team couldn’t have been more caring and accommodating. My son loves his time with the team, you can tell they really care for him and he has fun when he’s there. They regularly share updates with parents, their flexibility with changing routines and replying to parents is impressive. It makes me happy to see him excited when he recognises those who work with him when I drop him off. I know he is in good hands and that’s the most reassuring thing. Footprints has been a wonderful experience for my now 3yo. He has going since he was but 9 months old and its the highlight of his week. The staff are attentive to the needs of the children and demonstrate endless patience. They have put in place individual plans to support development when needed and provide regular updates. The facilities are as good as the staff, with a large outdoor space to go along with a range of indoor activities. My daughter has just started Footprints Day Nursery and I couldn’t be any happier with my decision to place her here. The settling-in process was smooth, the staff are lovely and most importantly for myself the knowledge around food allergies has been fantastic. They ensured her diet is met, communicated well with me at the start to ensure they understood her allergies and had a fantastic process in place for this. The app is great with daily updates and it is lovely to see photos of my child enjoying a range of activities from outdoor play, and sensory room to mess play and painting. I especially love to see her happy little face at the end of the day which shows me she has had a lovely time whilst she is too young to communicate this verbally. – K.B Mother of child
